Edward Spark, J.D.

Edward Spark is a Senior Trial Attorney at Weiser & Associates. Mr. Spark received his Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York in 1990 and earned his Doctor of Laws degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York City. Upon graduation Mr. Spark was appointed as an Assistant Corporation Counsel representing the City of New York in the Bronx Tort Division, where he handled all types of personal injury cases, including police misconduct, trip and fall accidents, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, negligent security cases and many others.

Mr. Spark left the Corporation Counsel's office in 2004 in order to join the Law Offices of David Horowitz, where he represented countless plaintiffs in the trial of all varieties of personal injury actions. Attorney Edward Spark is an extremely tough negotiator with a 'take no prisoners' style of negotiation which he implements for all of our clients, garnering excellent settlements at every stage of litigation.
