Eric Fishman, J.D.

Eric Fishman is a trial attorney with Weiser & Associates. Mr. Fishman received a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University in 1999 and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law in 2002, where he was trained extensively in intensive advocacy trial preparation.

He was a participant in the Geneva International Law Program in Geneva, Switzerland and worked with injured clients all throughout law school. Mr. Fishman has conducted many trials involving accidents at construction sites, motor vehicles, slip and falls, lead poisoning and wrongful death actions. He brings a wealth of trial experience to our practice, as well as a passion and zeal for injured individuals. Mr. Fishman is an excellent negotiator and has received excellent settlements for our clients.

Attorney Eric Fishman is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts. Since joining Weiser & Associates, Mr. Fishman has successfully litigated numerous negligence cases for residents of Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, the Bronx, and other New York areas.
