Martin J. Weiser, J.D., L.L.M.

Martin J. Weiser is the president and principal trial attorney at the Law Office of Weiser & Associates. He has been involved in personal injury litigation for more than 37 years, during which time he has successfully handled numerous injury claims involving auto accidents, construction injuries, negligent security, defective products, medical negligence, pedestrian accidents, and toxic torts. As head of the team of personal injury attorneys at Weiser & Associates, he is dedicated to providing exceptional representation to residents of the Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and surrounding areas.

Mr. Weiser earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1967. He pursued his legal education further and received an L.L.M. from New York University School of Law, focusing on Medicine and The Law. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, United States District Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Appellate Division, First Department, of the State of New York.

In recognition of his distinguished career as a personal injury attorney, Mr. Weiser was included in Who's Who in American Law®, 6th Edition, Who's Who In American Law® 2003, and Who's Who In America, 1999, 2000, and 2004 Editions.
