Robert P. Baquet, J.D.

Robert P. Baquet joined the firm as a senior trial attorney in 2010. He comes to Weiser & Associates after a number of years of law firm association and private practice. Mr. Baquet received his Juris Doctorate degree from Touro Law School in 1997. He is fluent in Spanish and has spent the greater part of his legal career trying cases in all greater New York courts. He has taken over 40 jury verdicts, Many of which have been highlighted as decision of interest in the New York Law Journal. Mr. Baquet represented a plaintiff in Nassau County who was awarded 4.5 million dollars as a result of a motor vehicle accident. This year he received a verdict in Suffolk County in the sum of 1.85 million dollars on behalf of a plaintiff who underwent a cervical discectomy and fusion.

Mr. Baquet is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as, the Federal Courts. He is a highly respected and dedicated trial lawyer who has spent the greater part of his career fighting for the rights of injured persons to receive fair and just compensation.
